Marco Ferreri was born in Imperia, Italy on 26 February 1958. He completed his degree in Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano in 1981. He has lived and worked in Milan since 1984, and his interests range from industrial design and graphics to architecture and exhibition design.
His art works can be found in major collections, such as the Permanent Design Collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Permanent Design Collection at Jerusalem?s Israel Museum, the Fond National d?Art Contemporain in Paris, as well as in important private collections. In 2010 he featured in a monographic exhibition at the Milan Triennale.
Ferreri has held classes at universities at home and abroad and has taught at the Politecnico di Milano, Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, the Libera Università di Bolzano and the University of the Republic of San Marino.
His work has appeared at the IX Venice Architecture Biennale and the International Architecture Biennale in Beijing, China.
