Marco Carini was born in 1968 and graduated in interior designer at IPIALL, the Institute of Furniture and Interior Design in Cremona. In the 90s he opened his own practice and adopted Mies van der Rohe’s motto “I do not want to be interesting, I want to be good.” His passion for light and its shapes led him to cultivate a constant exploration of balanced beauty, with an ironic, sometimes light-hearted touch. He currently creates design products for Granorte, Nodus Rug, Listone Giordano Salvatori.
